Cómo preparar Masala Chai

  1. Gently crush the cardamom pods. Combine the cinnamon stick, crushed cardamom pods, and cloves in a piece of cheesecloth or a reusable spice bag. Tie securely with kitchen twine.
  2. In a medium saucepan, combine the spice bag and 5 cups of water. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
