  5. Fill each mushroom cap generously with the stuffing mixture.
  6. Brush the outsides of the mushroom caps with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and place them in a baking dish.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender and the stuffing is golden brown.
