  10. Mix well to combine.

  12. Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  13. Spread egg salad onto 4 slices of bread.
  14. Layer lettuce leaves and tomato slices on top of the egg salad.
  15. Top with remaining bread slices.
