  12. Remove the lid and bake for another 20 minutes, or until the crust is deeply golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 205-210°F (96-99°C).
  13. Repeat steps 10-12 with the second loaf.
  14. Remove from the Dutch oven and let cool completely on a wire rack before slicing and enjoying.
