Como fazer Balti Fish Curry

  1. Cut fish fillets into 2cm pieces.
  2. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a wok or large pan over medium heat.   6. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for another 10 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  7. Just before serving, stir in 1/4 cup chopped fresh coriander and 2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint.
  8. Serve hot with steamed rice.
