Como fazer Creme Anglaise

  1. In a 3-quart saucepan over medium heat, combine 2 cups whole milk and ¾ cup granulated sugar. Stir frequently until the mixture begins to bubble gently around the edges, about 10-12 minutes.

  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together 4 large egg yolks. Temper the yolks by slowly whisking in about ½ cup of the warm milk mixture. This prevents the eggs from scrambling.
