Como fazer Health Loaf

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Grease and flour a 9x5 inch loaf tin.
  3. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients, mixing thoroughly until well combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared loaf tin.
  5. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a wooden skewer inserted into the center comes out clean. Start checking at 50 minutes, checking every 5 minutes thereafter.
  6. Remove the loaf from the oven and let it cool in the tin for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
