Como fazer Mint Tea Punch

  1. Boil 5 cups of water in a saucepan.
  2. Add 6 black tea bags (or 4 family size tea bags) to the boiling water.
  3. Add 1 cup of packed fresh mint sprigs.
  4. Cover and let steep for 5 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in 1 cup of granulated sugar (or to taste).
  6. Steep for another 5 minutes to allow the sugar to fully dissolve.
  7. Remove tea bags and discard.
  8. Carefully pour the tea through a fine-mesh strainer into a large pitcher, discarding the mint sprigs.
  9. Stir in 2 cups of lemon-lime soda concentrate (or other fruit concentrate of your choice).
  10. Add 7 cups of cold water to the pitcher.
  11. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to chill thoroughly.
  12. Serve over ice. Garnish with fresh mint sprigs and lemon slices (optional).
