How to Make Addictive Corn Dip
- In a medium bowl, combine 2 cups of cooked corn kernels, 1 cup sour cream, and ½ cup mayonnaise.
- Juice ½ a lime and pour the juice over the corn mixture.
- Stir well to combine all ingredients.
- Finely chop ¼ cup of cilantro and 2 green onions.
- Add the chopped cilantro and green onions to the corn mixture.
