- Tart Apple
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1/2 vanilla bean, or 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons honey (or to taste)
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
- Apple Cider
- Ice Cubes
How to Make Apple Banana And Strawberry Froth
- Cube 1 medium apple (about 1 cup cubed).
- Slice 1 ripe banana into chunks.
- Hull and slice 1 cup of fresh strawberries.
- Place the cubed apple, banana chunks, and sliced strawberries in a blender.
- Scrape the inside of 1/2 vanilla bean into the blender, or add 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
- Add 2 tablespoons of honey (or to taste) and 1/4 teaspoon of ground cardamom.
- Begin pureeing at high speed while slowly adding 1/2 cup of apple cider.
- Continue blending until smooth. Add ice cubes (about 1/2 cup) for a colder froth.
- Pour into 2 champagne flutes.
