  • Pork Baby Back Ribs
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1 cup of your favorite barbecue sauce
  • 1 bottle (12 ounces) of beer (optional, can substitute with additional BBQ sauce or broth)

How to Make Awsome Ribs

  1. Cut the rack of ribs into smaller portions of 2 or 3 bones each.
  2. Bring a large pot of water (about 6 quarts) to a boil.
  3. Add 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, and 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes to the boiling water.
  4. Add the ribs to the seasoned water and boil for 20 minutes.
  5. Remove the ribs from the water, drain well, and let them rest for 30 minutes.
  6. Preheat your outdoor grill to high heat.
  7. Lightly coat the ribs with 1/2 cup of your favorite barbecue sauce.
