- 2 ripe but firm bananas
- Unsweetened Chocolate Squares
- 25g walnuts

How to Make Baked Banana Split
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Wash and thoroughly dry 2 ripe but firm bananas. Do not peel.
- Place bananas directly on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the banana skins are completely black and the bananas are soft.
- While bananas are baking, finely chop 50g of dark chocolate and 25g of walnuts.
- Once the bananas are baked, carefully remove them from the oven and let them cool slightly.
- Gently slit the skin lengthwise and peel back the top part of each banana, leaving the bottom intact for structure.
- Scatter the chopped chocolate and walnuts evenly over the split bananas.
- Serve immediately with 2 scoops of your favorite vanilla ice cream (or any flavor you love!).
