How to Make Baked Garlic Rice Pilaf

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Melt 4 tablespoons of butter in a large oven-safe skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add 6 cloves of minced garlic and 1 ½ cups of long-grain rice. Cook, stirring frequently, until the rice is translucent and the garlic is golden brown (about 5 minutes).
