Ingredients for Banana Blizzard Pudding

  • Butter
  • Oreo Cookie Crumbs
  • Vanilla Instant Pudding Mix
  • Crushed Pineapple
  • Cool Whip
  • 3 ripe bananas, mashed
  • Nuts
  • Chocolate Fudge Topping

How to Make Banana Blizzard Pudding

  1. Crush 1 package (36 Oreos) into fine crumbs using a food processor or by placing them in a zip-top bag and crushing with a rolling pin.
  2. In a large bowl, mash 3 ripe bananas until creamy. Stir in 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained well.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese until smooth. Add 1 cup heavy cream and beat until soft peaks form.
  4. Gently fold the whipped cream into the banana and pineapple mixture.
  5. Layer half of the Oreo crumbs in the bottom of a 9x13 inch dish.
  6. Pour the banana-pineapple-cream mixture evenly over the Oreo crumbs.
  7. Top with the remaining Oreo crumbs.
  8. Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow the flavors to meld and the pudding to chill completely.
  9. Serve chilled and enjoy!

Chef's Tip for Extra Flavor

Small additions can make a big impact! Try a sprinkle of fresh herbs, a dash of your favorite spice blend, or a squeeze of citrus just before serving to really enhance the flavors of your dish.
