How to Make Cauliflower Sheep

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the cauliflower into individual florets, ensuring some are larger for the bodies.
  3. Steam or boil the cauliflower florets for about 5-7 minutes until slightly tender-crisp.
  4. While cauliflower is still warm, gently spread mayonnaise on the larger florets to create a sheep's face.
  5. Place two small pieces of black olive on the mayonnaise to create the eyes.
  6. Add one small piece of black olive on the lower part of the face to create the nose.
  7. Use shredded carrots to create the ears by sticking them into the top of the cauliflower head.
  8. Attach smaller florets as legs using toothpicks or small skewers.
  9. If using, attach a small parsley sprig to the back as a tail.
  10. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-15 minutes to add a lovely warm, slightly browned effect.
