How to Make Cebu Style Roast Chicken

  1. Preheat oven to 475°F (240°C).
  2. Rinse the chicken inside and out and pat it completely dry with paper towels.
  3. Wash 4-5 spring onions and 2-3 stalks of lemongrass thoroughly.
