How to Make Chocolate Macadamia Nut Brownies
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and line a deep 19cm square cake pan with baking paper.
- Melt 200g of butter and 200g of dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl set over a pan of simmering water, stirring occasionally until smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in 200g of caster sugar and 2 tablespoons of honey.
- Lightly beat 3 large eggs and stir them into the chocolate mixture.
- Sift in 150g of plain flour.
- Fold in 150g of roughly chopped macadamia nuts.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a skewer inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Let cool completely in the pan before cutting into squares.
