How to Make Chocolate Macadamia Nut Brownies

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and line a deep 19cm square cake pan with baking paper.
  2. Melt 200g of butter and 200g of dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl set over a pan of simmering water, stirring occasionally until smooth.
