How to Make Five Minute White Chocolate Fudge With Pistachio And Cranberries

  1. Line an 8-inch round cake pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the sides to lift the fudge out later.
  2. Place the white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract in a medium microwave-safe bowl.
  3. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each interval, until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth.
  4. Stir in the chopped pistachios and dried cranberries.
  5. Butter the bottom and sides of an empty condensed milk can and cover it tightly with plastic wrap.
  6. Place the prepared can in the center of the prepared cake pan.
  7. Pour the melted fudge mixture into the cake pan around the can, forming a ring shape. Let the top remain slightly bumpy.
  8. Gently nudge the can if it shifts during the cooling process.
  9. Cut the red candied cherries in half and the green cherries into quarters.
  10. Arrange the green cherry quarters as leaves and the red cherry halves as berries to create holly sprig decorations on top of the fudge.
  11. Sprinkle additional chopped pistachios between the holly sprigs.
  12. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
  13. Once firm, lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment paper overhang. Remove the can from the center.
  14. Cut into slices and serve.
