How to Make Lemon And White Chocolate Mousse Parfaits With Strawberries

  1. Whisk together 4 large egg yolks, ½ cup granulated sugar, ¼ cup fresh lemon juice, zest of 1 lemon, and a pinch of salt in a medium metal bowl until well combined.

  16. Cover and chill for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight. Garnish with extra strawberries before serving.
