How to Make Real New York Style Cheesecake Supreme
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Crush graham crackers into fine crumbs. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Mix until evenly moistened.
- Press the graham cracker mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool completely.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth and creamy. Gradually add sugar, beating until well combined. Beat in eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract and sour cream.
