How to Make Meat Rissoles

  1. Boil 1 kg potatoes until tender. Drain and mash thoroughly.
  2. Allow the mashed potatoes to cool slightly.
  3. Add 1 (340g) can of corned beef, finely chopped, to the cooled mashed potatoes.
  4. Add 1/2 cup finely chopped onion, 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh parsley, 1 large egg, and 1/2 teaspoon black pepper to the potato and corned beef mixture.
  5. Mix all ingredients until thoroughly combined.
