How to Make Nature's Popsicles

  1. Wash 2 pounds of your favorite fruit (berries, melon chunks, etc.) thoroughly and pat dry with a clean towel.
  2. Remove stems and pits from the fruit. For smaller children, pre-remove pits to avoid choking hazards.
  3. Arrange the fruit in a single layer on 2 large baking sheets lined with parchment paper. Freeze for at least 4 hours, or until solid.
  4. Once frozen, transfer the fruit pieces to freezer bags. Seal tightly and return to the freezer for at least 2 hours to allow them to fully freeze together. Serve frozen.
