  4. Add 1/2 cup milk (any kind) and 1/4 cup chocolate chips. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are evenly coated.
  5. Press the mixture firmly and evenly into the prepared pan. Cover the pan with aluminum foil.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes. Remove the foil, reduce the oven temperature to 160°C (320°F), and bake for another 20-25 minutes, or until the slice is firm and golden brown. A toothpick inserted in the center should come out clean.
  7. Remove the pan from the oven and immediately sprinkle 3/4 cup chocolate chips evenly over the hot slice.
