  1. Place 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts in the bottom of your crock pot.

  6. Stir in 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley (optional).
  7. Cover and cook on low for an additional 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld. Serve hot and enjoy!
