Cómo preparar Indiana Mexican Lasagna

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions.
  3. While noodles cook, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

  9. Layer 3-4 noodles over the sauce.
  10. Spread half of the meat mixture over the noodles.
  11. Spread half of the ricotta cheese mixture over the meat.
  12. Sprinkle with some of the remaining Monterey Jack cheese.
  13. Repeat layers: noodles, meat mixture, ricotta mixture, Monterey Jack cheese.
  14. Top with remaining noodles and the remaining enchilada sauce.
  15. Sprinkle with remaining Monterey Jack cheese.
  16. Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until bubbly and cheese is melted and golden brown.
  17. Let stand for 10 minutes before cutting and serving.
