How to Make Indiana Mexican Lasagna

  2. Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions.

  14. Top with remaining noodles and the remaining enchilada sauce.
  15. Sprinkle with remaining Monterey Jack cheese.
  16. Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until bubbly and cheese is melted and golden brown.
  17. Let stand for 10 minutes before cutting and serving.
