  7. Spread mayonnaise on 8 slices of whole wheat bread.
  8. Layer 4 slices of bread with lettuce, tomato, and bacon.
  9. Top with remaining 4 slices of bread.
  10. Top with mushrooms and fried eggs.
  11. Stack the sandwiches; cover with the remaining 4 slices of toast.
  12. Cut sandwiches in half and serve with pickles and chips, if desired.
