  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the cauliflower florets and cook for 5-6 minutes, until tender-crisp. Drain well and set aside.

  9. Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture evenly over the gratin.
  10. Melt the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter and drizzle over the top.
  11. Season with the remaining 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper.
  12. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
  13. Serve hot and enjoy!
