Como fazer Baked Rice Pudding

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a lightly greased 2-quart casserole dish, whisk together 2 large eggs, 2 cups whole milk, ½ cup granulated sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, and ¼ teaspoon salt until well combined but not foamy.
  3. Stir in 2 cups cooked rice and ½ cup raisins.
  4. Place the casserole dish in a larger 13x9x2-inch baking dish.
  5. Carefully pour boiling water into the larger baking dish, ensuring the water comes up about 1 inch around the sides of the casserole dish.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes.
  7. Remove from oven and gently stir the rice pudding.
