Como fazer Coconut Ginger Flan

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a blender, combine coconut milk, eggs, sugar, ginger, lime juice, vanilla extract, and salt. Blend until completely smooth.
  3. Pour mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a large bowl to remove any lumps.
  4. Lightly grease a 9-inch flan dish or ramekins.
  5. Pour the flan mixture into the prepared dish(es).
  6. Place the flan dish in a larger baking pan. Carefully pour enough hot water into the larger pan to come halfway up the sides of the flan dish (bain-marie).
