Como fazer Granola Mix

  1. Preheat oven to 275°F (135°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine: 4 cups rolled oats, 1 cup sliced almonds, 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds, 1/2 cup shredded coconut, 1/4 cup chopped walnuts, 1/4 cup chia seeds, 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon, 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg, 1/4 teaspoon salt.
  3. In a small saucepan, gently heat 1/4 cup olive oil and 1/4 cup honey over low heat until warm and honey is liquid. Do not boil.
  4. Pour the warm oil and honey mixture over the oat mixture. Stir until evenly coated.
  5. Spread the granola mixture evenly onto two large baking sheets lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes, until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Remove from oven and let cool completely on the baking sheets.
