- Preheat oven to 275°F (135°C).
- In a large bowl, combine: 4 cups rolled oats, 1 cup sliced almonds, 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds, 1/2 cup shredded coconut, 1/4 cup chopped walnuts, 1/4 cup chia seeds, 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon, 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg, 1/4 teaspoon salt.
- In a small saucepan, gently heat 1/4 cup olive oil and 1/4 cup honey over low heat until warm and honey is liquid. Do not boil.
