- Grease and line a 900g (2lb) loaf tin with greaseproof paper.
- In a large bowl, cream together the 175g caster sugar and 225g self-raising flour.
- Add the 100g cubed marzipan and mix well into the dry ingredients.
- In a separate bowl, lightly whisk the 2 large eggs. Stir in the 200g mincemeat.
