  • 6 tablespoons (3 ounces) unsalted butter, melted

How to Make 30 Minute Cobbler

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Lightly grease a 9x9-inch baking pan.
  3. Place one layer of 1 cup crushed graham crackers on the bottom of the prepared pan.
  4. Crumble the remaining 1 cup graham crackers and set aside.
  5. Open two 15-ounce cans of peaches and drain, reserving ¾ cup of the syrup.
  6. Gently mix the drained peaches with ½ cup of the crushed graham crackers. Spoon this mixture evenly over the graham cracker layer in the baking dish.
  7. Pour ¾ cup of the reserved peach syrup over the peach mixture.
  8. In a separate bowl, combine the remaining 1 cup crushed graham crackers, 6 tablespoons (3 ounces) of melted butter, ½ cup granulated sugar, and 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon.
  9. Sprinkle this crumble mixture evenly over the peaches and gently press down.
