How to Make 5 Cup Slice
- Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Grease and line a 20 x 30 cm lamington/sponge roll tin with baking paper, ensuring the paper extends up and over the sides.
- Evenly sprinkle 1 cup sultanas, ½ cup chocolate bits, ½ cup peanuts, and 1 cup desiccated coconut over the prepared tin.
- Drizzle 1 can (397g) of sweetened condensed milk evenly over the dry ingredients.
- Cover the tin with a piece of greased foil.
- Bake for 20 minutes at 200°C (400°F).
- Reduce oven temperature to 180°C (350°F), remove the foil, and bake for a further 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and firm to the touch.
- Remove from the oven and let cool completely in the tin.
- Melt 100g of good quality dark chocolate and drizzle evenly over the cooled slice.
- Allow the chocolate to set completely before slicing and serving.
