- In a medium bowl, combine 8 ounces of softened cream cheese, 1/2 cup of half-and-half, 1 (3.4 ounce) package of instant vanilla pudding mix, 2 tablespoons of Kahlua, 2 tablespoons of Amaretto, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
- Beat the mixture with an electric mixer until completely smooth and creamy. (About 2-3 minutes)
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld and the dip to thicken. Refrigerating for longer (up to 24 hours) is even better!
