How to Make Amazing Beef

  1. Cut 1.5 lbs beef chuck roast into 2-inch cubes. Make several slits in each cube and insert 1 clove of garlic into each slit.
  2. Alternatively, you can use 2 tablespoons of minced garlic instead of whole cloves.
  3. Place the beef cubes in your slow cooker.
  4. Pour one (16 ounce) jar of your favorite pepperoncini peppers and their liquid over the beef.
