How to Make Angel Hair Tuna
- Cook 8 ounces of angel hair pasta according to package directions. Reserve about 1/2 cup of pasta water before draining.
- While pasta cooks, drain and flake 2 (5 ounce) cans of tuna.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, tuna, 1/4 cup of olive oil, 1 tablespoon of Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to taste.
- Add reserved pasta water, 1-2 tablespoons at a time, until you reach your desired consistency.
- Stir in 1/4 cup of buttered bread crumbs (made from 1/4 cup breadcrumbs and 2 tablespoons melted butter).
- Serve immediately and garnish with extra Italian seasoning if desired.
