How to Make Anytime Slushy Punch
- In a large bowl, combine the frozen lemonade concentrate, pineapple juice, and sugar. Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved.
- Gently stir in half of the chilled ginger ale (3 cups).
- Divide the mixture evenly between two large freezer bags (gallon size recommended). Seal tightly, pressing out excess air.
- Freeze overnight, or until solid.
- Two hours before serving, remove the bags from the freezer. Place one bag in a large punch bowl.
- Add the remaining 3 cups of chilled ginger ale to the punch bowl.
- Gently break up the frozen punch with a spoon or spatula until it reaches your desired slushy consistency.
- For extra fizz, add the lemon-lime soda just before serving.
