Ingredients for Arizona Casserole

  • Cream Of Mushroom Soup
  • Cream Of Celery Soup
  • Tater Tots
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • Cheddar Cheese

How to Make Arizona Casserole

  1. Brown 1 lb of ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Drain off any excess grease.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the browned ground beef with 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup, 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup, and 1/2 cup milk. Mix well.
  3. Pour the beef and soup mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Spread evenly.
  4. Sprinkle 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese over the beef mixture.
  5. Arrange a single layer of 30-36 tater tots evenly over the cheese. (You can use more or fewer depending on your preference and the size of your tater tots).
  6. Sprinkle 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese over the tater tots.
  7. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 30-35 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden brown and crispy, and the casserole is heated through.

Chef's Tip for Extra Flavor

Small additions can make a big impact! Try a sprinkle of fresh herbs, a dash of your favorite spice blend, or a squeeze of citrus just before serving to really enhance the flavors of your dish.
