- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 (28-ounce) can Italian-style stewed tomatoes
- Crushed Red Pepper Flakes

How to Make Arrabiata
- Mince 2 cloves of garlic. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes, or until lightly golden.
- Add 1 (28-ounce) can of Italian-style stewed tomatoes and 1/2 to 1 teaspoon of crushed red pepper flakes (adjust to your spice preference).
- Bring the sauce to a simmer, then reduce heat to low and cook for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- While the sauce simmers, cook 1 pound of your favorite pasta according to package directions.
- Once the pasta is cooked, drain it and add it to the skillet with the arrabiata sauce.
- Toss to combine. Stir in 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese (or your preferred cheese) while the sauce is still hot to allow it to melt.
Chef's Tip for Extra Flavor
Small additions can make a big impact! Try a sprinkle of fresh herbs, a dash of your favorite spice blend, or a squeeze of citrus just before serving to really enhance the flavors of your dish.
