How to Make Au Gratin Crock Pot Potatoes
- Peel and thinly slice 2 lbs Yukon Gold potatoes.
- In a large bowl, melt 1/2 cup butter. Whisk in 1/2 cup heavy cream, 1/4 cup milk, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, and 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder.
- Add the sliced potatoes to the cream mixture and toss gently to coat.
- Spray your 6-quart crock pot with non-stick cooking spray.
- Layer half of the potato mixture into the crock pot.
