- 6 lamb sausages (or rissoles)

- 150g bacon rashers, chopped

How to Make Aussie All In One Brekkie
- Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Arrange 6 lamb sausages (or rissoles) and 250g sliced mushrooms in a large roasting pan.
- Drizzle with 1 tablespoon olive oil and season generously with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 10 minutes, turning sausages halfway through.
- Add 150g bacon rashers, chopped, and 2 large tomatoes, quartered, to the pan. Bake for a further 10-12 minutes, or until mushrooms and tomatoes are tender.
- Create 6 wells in the mixture using a spoon.
- Crack 1 large egg into each well.
- Bake for 4-5 minutes, or until eggs are cooked to your liking. For runny yolks, bake for less time; for firmer yolks, bake for longer.
- Serve immediately with buttered toast (optional).
