  • 1 ripe avocado, mashed

How to Make Avocado Tequila Linguine

  1. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add 1/2 medium yellow onion, chopped, and 1/2 bell pepper (any color), chopped. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until softened.
