Ingredients for Bacon Cheeseburger Roll Ups

  • Ground Beef
  • 4 slices cooked bacon, chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • Velveeta Cheese
  • Refrigerated Buttermilk Biscuits
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • Yellow Mustard

How to Make Bacon Cheeseburger Roll Ups

  1. Cook 1 pound ground beef, 4 slices cooked bacon (chopped), and 1/2 cup chopped onion in a large skillet over medium heat until the beef is no longer pink, about 8-10 minutes.
  2. Drain off any excess grease.
  3. Stir in 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese and cook until melted and combined, about 2-3 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and set aside to cool slightly.
  5. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  6. Gently flatten each of 8 refrigerated biscuits to a 5-inch circle using a rolling pin or your hands.
  7. Spoon 1/3 cup of the beef mixture onto the center of each flattened biscuit.
  8. Fold the sides and ends of the biscuit over the filling, then roll up tightly to enclose the filling completely.
  9. Place the roll-ups seam-side down on a greased baking sheet.
  10. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until golden brown and heated through.
  11. While the roll-ups bake, whisk together 2 tablespoons ketchup and 1 tablespoon yellow mustard in a small bowl.
  12. Serve the Bacon Cheeseburger Roll-Ups immediately with the ketchup-mustard mixture for dipping.

Chef's Tip for Extra Flavor

Small additions can make a big impact! Try a sprinkle of fresh herbs, a dash of your favorite spice blend, or a squeeze of citrus just before serving to really enhance the flavors of your dish.
