  • Sourdough Bread
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Monterey Jack And Cheddar Cheese Blend
  • 1/4 cup guacamole
  • 5 crushed tortilla chips

How to Make Bacon Guacamole Grilled Cheese Sandwich

  1. Cook 4 slices of bacon until crispy. Remove from pan and place on paper towels to drain excess grease.
  2. Spread 1 tablespoon of butter on one side of each bread slice.
  3. Sprinkle 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese onto the unbuttered side of one bread slice.

  5. Add the cooked bacon.
