- 4 slices of bacon
- Sourdough Bread
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Monterey Jack And Cheddar Cheese Blend
- 1/4 cup guacamole

- Cook 4 slices of bacon until crispy. Remove from pan and place on paper towels to drain excess grease.
- Spread 1 tablespoon of butter on one side of each bread slice.
- Sprinkle 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese onto the unbuttered side of one bread slice.
- Top with 1/4 cup guacamole.
- Add the cooked bacon.
