How to Make Bacon N Cheddar Bubble Bread

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly spray a 9-inch oven-proof bowl or small baking pan with vegetable oil.
  2. Separate 1 pound of pizza dough into 8 equal rolls on a lightly floured cutting board.
  3. Using kitchen shears, cut each roll into 4 quarters.
  4. In a medium bowl, combine 1 cup of finely shredded cheddar cheese and 1/2 cup of cooked and crumbled bacon bits. Gently toss the cheese mixture with the dough quarters until lightly coated. Place the coated dough pieces into the prepared bowl or pan, arranging them snugly together.
