How to Make Baked Oysters And Bacon
- Preheat oven to 500°F (260°C).
- Carefully open oyster shells using an oyster knife. Remove oysters from shells, reserving the deepest half shells.
- Gently rinse the oysters and drain well.
- Place each oyster on a reserved half shell.
- Top each oyster with a 1/2 slice of bacon.
- Sprinkle each oyster with a pinch of salt, freshly ground black pepper, and chopped fresh parsley.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until oysters are plump and bacon is crispy.
