How to Make Baked Pumpkin With Onions Tomatoes And Basil
- Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Peel and cube 1kg (2.2 lbs) pumpkin. Chop 1 large onion into half-moons and 250g (1 cup) cherry tomatoes in half.
