How to Make Balsamic Roasted Onions And Potatoes
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Peel and chop 1.5 lbs Yukon Gold potatoes into 1-inch cubes.
- Peel and thinly slice 2 large yellow onions.
- Melt 4 tablespoons of butter in a large oven-safe skillet (or Dutch oven) over medium heat.
